Citizen's group to grade St. Louis County Board Members

We Are Watching will give St. Louis County Board of Commissioners Report Card
Duluth - St. Louis County, the nation's largest county east of the Mississippi River and fiscal agent sponsor to several gas tax funded motorized recreation clubs has a well-documented history of withholding public data, conflicts of interest, trespass on private property, damage to forests and wetlands and violations of public meeting, environmental and grant-in-aid regulations.
MRR is working with a new citizen's group, We Are Watching, to improve accountability, transparency and ethical standards in St. Louis County government. MRR Members and friends are encouraged to attend an upcoming November 18 press conference in Duluth.

For more than 14 months the We are Watching Campaign has been following the actions of the St. Louis County Commissioners. We are watching will present a report card on each commissioners performance in key areas related to our organizational goals of transparency, accountability, and ethical standards.
